Sara Lamie, DPT
Physical Therapist

Within my 12 years of experience, I have treated a wide variety of patients with various medical conditions, impairments, and functional limitations. My treatment philosophy incorporates my solid background in psychology and movement science to promote wellness within the individual in body and mind. I seek to learn what drives my clients in order to form a collaborative partnership. I thrive on crafting specific exercise programs with complementary manual therapy techniques in order to to give my clients the tools to help them achieve and maintain their functional and recreational goals.

Rachel Bernsen,

Since 2008 Rachel's been working with a range of students in private practice, supporting them in post-surgery recovery, injury rehabilitation, resolving sciatica, chronic neck and back pain, repetitive motion strain, managing scoliosis, and a range of issues related to movement impairment. She has worked with clients with MS, neuropathy, chronic pain, degenerative and structural spinal issues, among others.She also specializes in working with performing artists, individually and in groups, to help them gain greater facility and sensitivity and to deal with performance anxiety. She has served on the faculty and been a guest teacher at universities, conferences, movement studios, and festivals across the US and abroad, most recently for Yale School of Music Morse Summer Music Academy. Rachel also teaches movement and improvisation.

Rachel recently relocated to Vermont, from New Haven, CT where she had a studio and private practice for the last twelve years, teaching locally at The Neighborhood Music School, The Educational Center for the Arts performing arts high school, and Yale University. Rachel trained at the American Center for the Alexander Technique (ACAT) in NYC where she received her teaching certification. She holds an MFA in Dance from NYU, Tisch School of the Arts. She is working toward an advanced AT certification in the Art of Breathing , to incorporate respiratory health and function more fully into her teaching. She is also training to become a Feldenkrais Awareness Through Movement (ATM) teacher.  Rachel is an avid student of Iyengar Yoga and has performed and presented her work around the region and the globe.



Katie Cawley,

Katie is a 500hr certified yoga teacher. She has undergone the bulk of her training with Rishikesh Yog Peeth in Rishikesh, India (2016) and Angie Follensbee-Hall in Brownsville, VT (2020-2021). Katie has completed further training in Anatomy, Physiology, Yin Yoga, Restorative Yoga, Core Strength Vinyasa, and Trauma-Informed Yoga. She has experience working with private clients, youth, and senior citizens and has offered her services in a wilderness rehabilitation program, community mental health agencies, corporate settings, as well as various yoga studios in Southeast Asia and the Upper Valley of Vermont and New Hampshire. She is passionate about exploring the connection between the mind, the body, and the breath and is currently completing her masters in clinical mental health counseling at Southern New Hampshire University.

Melissa Mccoy is a Licensed Massage Therapist,  and Windsor native who has a thriving interest in helping people reach their health and healing goals. Trained at River Valley Community College and mentored under the River Valley Club’s best therapist, Melissa fully attunes herself to her clients needs, beautifully interweaving clear presence with practiced skill.



Sykes, LAc

Deb is a 1998 graduate of the New England School of Acupuncture. She has been in practice in Southern Vermont since that time. She gravitated to Japanese acupuncture first as a patient and then as a student. Deb has studied extensively with Kiiko Matsumoto and Koei Kuahara. In 1995 she traveled to Japan with Mr. Kuahara to train in Shinkiko, a subtle energy technique where you are trained to memorize high frequency energy.

Mamuszka, LAc

Mark Mamuszka is fully licensed and insured, and is board certified in both Acupuncture and Chinese Herbal Medicine by the National Certification Commission for Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine. He is a graduate of the Academy of Oriental Medicine in Austin, where he earned his Master’s degree in Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine.  Mark has over 18 years experience in eastern medicine.
